Sat City is an 11-building complex near the Khan-Shatyr shopping center and Lake Taldykol's Natural Parks Reserve. The complex covers 17 hectares and includes residential buildings surrounding eight courtyards with commercial spaces on the first floor. The rooftops of these spaces are transformed into recreational areas with children's playgrounds and greenery. Various building materials like natural stone, clinker brick, aluminum, and stained glass windows with enamel glass are combined in a visually appealing collage-like pattern.
