PICCOLA VENEZIA 6521 - Inspired by the traditional terraces of the lagoon city, Venezia draws on the language of an iconic, time-honoured pattern, rendered refined and contemporary by a collection that successfully combines compositional balance with colour research.

In the Venezia collection, Giulio Cappellini, a master of Italian design, crafts a refined synthesis between memory and design, reinterpreting – as already mentioned – the theme of Venetian terraces through a sophisticated language, in which fragment, colour and composition merge in a measured balance. The tiles, seemingly arranged freely, reveal a rigorous construction and organise themselves into ever-changing configurations. As the scale and viewpoint change, the pattern transforms, revealing a complex, layered surface that maintains visual continuity and a strong design coherence.

Venice, Little Venice and Great Venice: the project is further enriched by a careful consideration of scale. The design is available in three sizes to meet different design requirements: from architectural scale to that of furnishings, right down to the smallest and most detailed applications. The surfaces can be used both horizontally and vertically, offering ever-changing interpretations and enhancing the material’s versatility.
