Wallen, designed by the architecture studio GeZa, is a refined combination of the lightness of glass and the warmth of wood. The telescopic aluminum core enclosed within a veneered wood casing brings the charm of this natural element as a key component in interior space decoration. This reconfigurable partition was developed by Adotta’s Research and Development department in collaboration with the architecture studio Geza. The product received the Architizer + Popular Choice Award for Glass & Glazing Products in 2017. Wallen offers various door models: doors with wooden frames and glass, solid wood doors, or hollow-core doors with sound-absorbing and insulating materials. The door jamb profile maintains the same aesthetic as the partition wall. The 12 mm [1/2″] shadow gap is consistent around the door frame, providing a harmonious and refined appearance.
Extruded aluminum profiles clad with veneered wood supports, with anodized aluminum and powder-coated finishes. Tempered or laminated glass thickness options: 10 mm [3/8″], 12 mm / 12.7 mm [1/2″], or 16 mm [5/8″]. Sound insulation up to 36 dB.
