Made of cast glass and shaped through fire, MASSICCI reveals the expressive depth of a material pushed to its limits. Designed by Marco Zito, each basin is formed by pouring molten glass into a mould, creating a monolithic volume with a subtly faceted surface - a natural imprint of the cooling process. Available in transparent and amber, MASSICCI absorbs and refracts light in unexpected ways, interacting with its surroundings and with water to create ever-shifting reflections.
As the designer puts it, “It’s not about drawing a shape, but about the material itself - solid glass absorbs light and speaks to its environment in a way that borders on the magical.”
