Artemide ECLISSE X SQUID GAME BLACK OFFICER Painted metal table lamp

The Eclisse x Squid Game – Special Edition Black Officer table lamp by Artemide, designed by the esteemed Vico Magistretti, is a captivating fusion of iconic Italian design and contemporary pop culture.‎ The original Eclisse, a hallmark of design innovation since its inception in 1965, elevates the traditional concept of a table lamp with its unique form and function balance.‎ This award-winning creation features a clever light control system, allowing you to precisely adjust illumination by rotating the inner shade, thus 'eclipsing' the light for either direct or diffused ambiance.‎ This design masterpiece, a recipient of the prestigious Compasso d’Oro in 1967, is reimagined in a special collaboration with Netflix, inspired by the universal allure of "Squid Game".‎ This special edition includes three distinct versions, each evoking an iconic character from the series: the Player, the Pink Guard, and the Black Officer.‎ Each variant boasts a unique color palette and design nuances that mirror the series' striking aesthetics, creating an enchanting narrative piece for any interior.‎ The Pink Guard and Black Officer variants even come with a magnetic mask, an elegant nod to the show’s enigmatic allure, while maintaining the lamp’s timeless silhouette.‎ The “black officer” character in Squid Game is not a participant, but an observer who investigates from the inside.‎ He wears a black uniform, but is neither an antagonist nor a participant in the game.‎ His role is crucial in revealing the truth behind the games and its organisers.‎ The Eclisse x Squid Game is not just a lamp; it is a collector’s item that seamlessly blends artistic lighting with storytelling.‎ Whether gracing a chic living room or a modern workspace, this piece invites you to experience a deeper connection to light and design, triumphing as an exquisite testament to the power of cultural symbiosis in art and design.‎ Light Source: LED E14 - bulb not included - IP20 - 220V - 5W Further info from manufacturer on ECLISSE X SQUID GAME BLACK OFFICER Artemide
