Osmokoll Mono is a single-component osmotic cementitious waterproofing adhesive, C2TES1 Single-component, certified osmotic cementitious adhesive, based on hydraulic binders with a low content of soluble salts, adhesive and flexibilising resins, selected siliceous and calcareous sands, reactive fillers with high pozzolanicity and cellulosic thickeners, for the preparation of adhesive, trowelable mixtures with high deformation and waterproofing capacity.‎ Ideal for gluing coatings of any kind, even those with low absorption, on horizontal and vertical, internal and external surfaces, even those with low porosity (e.‎g.‎ indoor swimming pool linings).‎ COMPONENTS Single-component ASPECT Powder Features and benefits Osmokoll is a class C2TES1 adhesive: cementitious (C), improved (2), slip resistant (T), with extended open time (E), deformable (S1).‎ It is characterised by low viscosity, high thixotropy and therefore easy workability.‎ It can be applied vertically without dripping or slipping tiles.‎ It has a good ability to absorb deformation of the substrate and tiles as it is an adhesive classified S1, i.‎e.‎ with transversal deformability > 2.‎5 mm measured in accordance with the test method described in standard UNI EN 12004.‎ Fields of use Gluing indoors and outdoors of ceramic tiles of all kinds (double-fired, single-fired, porcelain stoneware, klinker, terracotta, etc.‎), including large formats, on substrates and plasters up to a thickness of 10-15 mm;  ceramic tiles on osmotic waterproofing coatings of the Osmocem line such as: Osmocem Flex, Osmocem Flex Mono, Osmocem D, Osmocem N, Osmocem SCK;  stone material (provided it is stable and insensitive to moisture);  mosaic tiles and glass tiles of all kinds, also in swimming pools;  ceramic tiles on radiant floors;  ceramic tiles on prefabricated concrete walls and fibre cement substrates;  ceramic tiles on desolidarising, anti-fracture and waterproofing membranes such as Armaproof Membranes.‎  Waterproofing and anti-humidity coatings on exposed or under-covered structures and masonry, provided that they are sufficiently porous and absorbent and have no waterproofing and/or water-repellent surface treatments, whether chemical (siloxanes, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.‎) or natural (waxing).‎ FLOORTECH is a line of floor adhesives, floor dusting and treatments, levelling compounds and subfloor screeds.‎
