SANAFIRE RESISTANT - Огнестойкая штукатурка

Sanafire Resistant is a low density base plaster, based on lime, cement and perlite, complying with the requirements for fire protection plaster, as stated in the Italian Ministry of the Interior decree of 16 February 2007.‎ Its low specific weight, obtained thanks to the introduction of perlite in a suitable particle size distribution, also gives Sanafire Resistant thermal insulation and soundproofing properties.‎ COMPONENTS Single-component ASPECT Powder Characteristics and advantages Sanafire Resistant can be used as a base coat on brickwork (both hollow and solid), concrete blocks, rough concrete, previous plastering (provided it is firmly anchored to the substrate).‎ The product, mixed with water by means of normal rotary mixers, acquires a highly thixotropic consistency and, thanks to its low specific weight, is quickly applied both by manual methods and by spray plastering machines.‎ The ease of application makes plastering with Sanafire Resistant quick and profitable.‎ Sanafire Resistant develops a particularly low thermal conductivity value of 0.‎2 W/mK, which enables its classification as a thermal insulation mortar in class T2 according to EN 998/1.‎   The advantages of using SANAFIRE RESISTANT premixed mortar in passive fire protection are expressed in Annex A: plaster thicknesses according to DM16/02/2007.‎ Fields of use Base coat plaster for masonry, both internal and external, in brick, tuff, stone, hollow concrete blocks, structural concrete; Base coat plaster where fire protection plaster is to be used on brickwork, concrete blocks, rough concrete; lightweight plaster for thermal insulation of masonry.‎ INTOTECH is a line of plasters, skimming mortars and fillers.‎ Further info from manufacturer on SANAFIRE RESISTANT Azichem
