Bosa CANYON Ceramic 3D Wall Tile

CANYON is a three-dimensional ceramic wall covering designed by Elena Salmistraro for Bosa.‎ From a small central pyramid with a triangular base, an eccentric geometric shape composed of 12 sides comes to life.‎ With a transformation applied to all three axes - rotation, deformation, change of scale and, above all, height - a sort of miniature “Grand Canyon” is obtained.‎ The optical effect caused by this “mutation” is emphasised by a series of incisions reminiscent of the geological stratifications typical of sedimentary rocks.‎ Dornette decorative coating mix tradition and modernity, and are inspired by the infinite shapes of nature, with “biomimetic” results, in a unique cross-breeding between biology and technology.‎  Made of fine ceramic, the elements are designed to give a classy look to residential and hospitality walls.‎ Canyon and Cocoa are the first two projects in the collection, which create an unexpected three-dimensional effect.‎
