The Gigì fan, made of wicker on a fixed frame, is an object of retro inspiration conveying a well-read elegance and an ironically flirtatious mood.‎ A handmade metal clip fixed in place with a leather detail simplify the grip and allows it to be hanged; two chains add sensuality and brilliance becoming a comfortable shoulder strap.‎ Gigì is a project born on a cold winter evening thinking about the pleasure of the heat that comes with the Italian summer.‎ Gigì is an object that with its aesthetic simplicity carries an exceptional manufacturing complexity and instantly becomes a must have.‎ The silent and almost hypnotic movement of the hands, measured by a graceful and precise rhythm, has always accompanied the precious work of Mogliano's wicker master.‎ From this dance wonderful and timeless objects are born telling the world Bottega Intreccio’s extraordinary manufacturing know-how.‎ In a parallelism between past and present, in a cross reference between the calm gesture of the Moglianesi artisans and the seductive one of those who wave a fan, Gigì is born, the new design project signed by Bottega Intreccio.‎
