Cappellini BASKET 2 seater high-back fabric sofa

A relaxed and casual appeal is apparent in theBasket sofa created for Cappellini by French design duo Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec.‎ The collection, consisting of a two- or three-seater sofa and a large armchair, offers the opportunity to play with colour combinations in a pop or classic direction.‎ For 2021, this family of upholstered "nest" Sofas welcomes two new models with a higher back than the original version.‎ Two editions that, being able to guarantee a high privacy quotient even in high-traffic places, respond perfectly to the current requirements of contract contexts.‎ The Basket sofa stands on a matt-coated metal frame in white, red, mud and anthracite.‎ The cover, which is removable, is available in the fabrics and leathers of the collection; for the cushions, different fabrics and leathers can be combined.‎ The seat cushions are attached to the large cushion underneath by stitching: the whole is attached to the frame by Velcro.‎ The back cushions, on the other hand, are attached to each other by means of zips, while the armrest and backrest are joined by stitching.‎ The cushions of the backrests and free armrests have the same size and density.‎ Everything, in Sofas designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, ensures maximum comfort in use and maximum customisation potential in colour.‎ Further info from manufacturer on BASKET Cappellini
