COTONASTRO is a series of three vases of varying sizes (also available individually), inspired by the red-berried shrub that gives the collection its name.‎ These pieces are handmade and wheel-thrown, available in a version featuring contrasting Faenza glazes and another entirely handmade version decorated with Matteo Brioni’s premium Terra Cruda (raw earth) finish, creating a "fluffy" texture that highlights the material's tactile quality.‎ The berries define the aesthetic and serve as the unifying theme of the series.‎
