Ceramica Globo GISELE Ceramic washbasin countertop

Ceramic washbasin top from the Gisele collection, available in different sizes.‎ Original and contemporary, Gisele is a collection that blends ceramics with diverse materials to create a balanced and recognizable design language.‎ Here, formal rigor and compositional freedom coexist within an interior architecture of distinctive character.‎ Designed to interpret the bathroom as a living space, the collection cultivates an intimate and refined atmosphere through measured volumes, light surfaces, and meticulous research into proportions, evoking a sense of harmony and seamless continuity.‎ Designed by Angeletti Ruzza for Globo, Gisele emphasizes ceramics as the core element of the project, elevating it to an architectural medium capable of defining the visual rhythm and identity of a space.‎ Essential shapes, calibrated details, and sophisticated finishes express a precise design approach where innovation and manufacturing heritage meet seamlessly.‎ The result is a contemporary and versatile bathroom system, conceived to engage with the most advanced interior design trends and to transform the bathroom into a complete aesthetic and sensory experience.‎ The vanity unit, the heart of the Gisele collection, reinterprets the celebrated "cannettato" (ribbed or fluted) style of the 1930s and 40s through a contemporary lens: a regular sequence of vertical grooves generates an elegant and harmonious 3-dimensional texture, adding depth to the space without weighing it down.‎ Dynamic and sophisticated, this graphic hallmark dialogues with various styles—from Art Deco influences to minimalist and Scandinavian aesthetics, through to classic, industrial-chic, and eclectic interiors.‎ The craftsmanship of the drawer fronts introduces visual rhythm and lightness even in the most compact compositions, while ensuring durability and functionality for daily use.‎ The full, dense enamels used by Globo for the exclusive "Riflessi di Luce" (Reflections of Light) glossy finish enhance the volumes of the ribbed motif, accentuating its dimensionality through a color palette ranging from intense, tactile tones to more delicate shades, in line with current interior design trends.‎ The floor-standing units of the Gisele collection—available in 85×50 cm and 70×50 cm sizes—are offered with either an integrated washbasin or a ceramic top designed to accommodate a selection of coordinated Globo washbasins.‎ The system is completed by several matching elements: two mirrors (86×86 cm and 71×86 cm), a lacquered MDF wall hook, and two models of ceramic shelves that echo the proportions and clean lines of the furniture, reinforcing the overall aesthetic coherence.‎ Further info from manufacturer on GISELE Ceramica Globo
