ClassiCon LA LUNE Rug

Eileen Gray not only created some of the most iconic 20th century furniture classics but also ran a studio where rugs were produced based on her designs.‎ Some of her most beautiful designs are part of the rug collection by ClassiCon.‎ They are all based on Eileen Gray’s gouaches and pencil drawings from the 1920-30s.‎ The La Lune Rug is another impressive design by Eileen Gray in the ClassiCon rug collection, which brings the artistic work of the outstanding designer - and studied artist - into focus.‎ Rug made of 100% New Zealand virgin wool or 100% Nepalese nettle, hand-spun.‎ Hand-woven with 80 knots per square inch (6.‎45 cm²).‎ Environmentally friendly colour pigments, tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.‎ Low-maintenance, suitable for vacuum cleaners.‎ Natural materials combined with handmade production techniques give each rug its own character.‎ Colour variations and Dimensional tolerances of +/- 5 cm are possible.‎ Further info from manufacturer on LA LUNE ClassiCon
