Concepticon POPSEAT Fabric armchair

POPseat is an armchair.‎ Comfortable and inviting, the pillow is one of the most used images when we want to imagine something soft and reassuring.‎ They are sold in a vaccum and when you open the package, it’s as if they magically puff up… exactly like what happens to a corn kernel when warmed.‎ It goes from hard element to soft warm morsel… all in a POP! So that’s where the iconic transposition from pillow to popcorn becomes automatic.‎ It will make sitting and watching movies on the TV more fun and comfortable.‎ The pillow (available seperatly, called  pillowPOP) is created as 3 different models and can go from kernel to “puff” and back with a single zipper.‎ POPseat is based on the idea of this pillow module: it’s a container/base that transofrms the pillow units from furnishing accessory to actual furniture.‎ The popcorn design allows you to change the normal way you think about “order” in your house because of it’s “disorderly” nature.‎ This means that finding a pillow from your chair on the floor won’t seem like someone distractedly left it there, but rather that it’s part of a kind of set, purposely put in the rooms of your house.‎ Further info from manufacturer on POPSEAT Concepticon
