DE CASTELLI BOSQUE Copper Screen

Like a small thicket, Bosque is a vegetal structure which creates an intimate space to escape to when you seek peace, quiet and a sense of protection.‎ Three-dimensional foliage becomes a dramatic room divider which interprets decoration as a living presence, transforming its surroundings into an adaptable natural landscape that tells a story.‎ Bosque is composed of interwoven leaves in different types of metal, enhancing precious De Castelli finishes, repeated to give shape to a vertical composition which filters light and the gaze.‎ A screen with soft, sinuous curves where the surface is punctuated by negative space, allowing light to pass through and playing with reflections.‎ Iridescent overtones and unexpected depth amplify our perception of the material.‎ The leaves run up the parallel stems in a natural motif, each material of the composition underscoring variability and recalling the flow of the seasons.‎ The subtle silence of winter—still, crystallised nature—is evoked in the stainless-steel version in particular, as it alternates deep hues and more ethereal undertones.‎ Or summer energy is suggested in a combination of copper, brass and bright greens which unite in a warm, enveloping symphony.‎ Materials: Summer  Leaves: DeNuance Laguna copper, Verderame copper, DeLabré brass, brushed copper Stems: Cylindrical DeLabré stainless steel Materials: Winter Leaves: Matt DeNuance Laguna copper, DeMarea stainless steel, DeDeep stainless steel, brushed stainless steel Stems: Cylindrical DeLabré stainless steel Further info from manufacturer on BOSQUE DE CASTELLI
