DE CASTELLI ELIZABETH - IRIDIUM EDITION Stainless steel highboard with doors

Like a ballerina on her toes, Elizabeth gracefully unfurls her luminous dress, as if made of pleated fabric.‎ The characteristic folds add movement to the metal sheet along the surface of the cabinet, transforming each reflection into light.‎ In an interplay of airiness and tension, elasticity and rigour, the metal vibrates with the rhythm of its pleats.‎ Available in steel, brass or copper, Elizabeth gives shape to a new way of imagining unambiguously feminine metal furniture.‎ Cabinet clad in pleated metal on all sides.‎ Push-open doors.‎ Limited edition.‎ De Castelli continues to study the infinite expressive qualities of metal with DeIridium, the new stainless steel finish which places pure reflection in synergistic dialogue with the potential of oxidation that the brand explores on a daily basis.‎ Blurring the line between light and shadow, DeIridium examines the shiny surface of sheet metal to evoke the depth and mirror-like reflection of a still body of water.‎ The result is a unique, sophisticated and contemporary new finish with which to decorate objects and buildings.‎ For Milan Design Week 2025, De Castelli presents Iridium Edition: a selection of the brand's iconic furniture which fully expresses its aesthetic: Celato, Pandora, Elizabeth, Yoroi, Sculpt and Marea.‎ The unique cobalt blue lacquer on the inside combined with the new DeIridium finish transforms each piece into a presence with intense, vibrant character.‎ Further info from manufacturer on ELIZABETH - IRIDIUM EDITION DE CASTELLI
