Mechanical tumbling system, where abrasive bodies of various types and sizes, depending on the required finish, vibrate to remove burrs from machining and homogenise the surface, preparing it for subsequent treatments Objects requiring tumbling are small to medium-sized parts from CNC machining and/or cutting, or from aluminium, zamak or brass castings and die-castings.‎ Tumbling is sometimes a preliminary roughing stage, followed by manual finishing of the part.‎ VIBROBROWLISHING Micro-burling treatment where under particular conditions of speed of the impacting abrasive, in this case stainless steel spheres, the surface of the object becomes shiny.‎ Special polishing additives followed by ultrasonic washing give small objects a pleasant finish that has a fair degree of resistance even without final anodising and/or painting protection as the surface is slightly compressed and thus hardens superficially.‎
