DRACRIL 605 is a particularly suitable admixture for the production of ready mix concrete characterised by a very low water- cement ratio, high mechanical resistance with both short and long curing.‎ It maintains its workability well.‎ DRACRIL 605 is suitable for producing durable concrete that complies with the EN 206-1 and UNI 11104 standards.‎  Advantages: DRACRIL 605 can be used to produce high-performance concrete with low W/C ratios and superfluid consistency so as to increase its life cycle; Long slump retention during transport and installation.‎ It keeps its consistency features unchanged for an hour according to the W/C ratio and cement type used; A reduction in bleeding, segregation and cracking phenomena, thanks to the ideal balance between fluidifying and cohesive properties; If you add FILLCRETE (Silica Fume) or fly ash, a larger proportion of DRACRIL 605 than the weight of the concrete, you can produce special kinds of concrete, such as HPC concrete and RPC concrete; DRACRIL 605 can produce long-term concrete particularly resistant to aggressive agents; DRACRIL 605 can cut down on the costs for concrete casting because it increases workability time; DRACRIL 605 makes it easy to cast concrete into thin cross sections even if many reinforcement bars are in place; DRACRIL 605 takes less time to vibrate concrete or, in the case of self-compacting concrete, it can give the chance to skip the concrete vibration process if it is used in combination with VISCOCONTROL.‎ In this way if offers great technical application advantages and it reduces the exposure to noise; DRACRIL 605 improves the quality of concrete for quarry faces and the concrete-iron adhesion, but it also increases the abrasion resistance of every concrete mix; DRACRIL 605 ensures a better surface finishing and it reduces the amount of trapped air bubbles; DRACRIL 605 reduces creep rates and hygrometric shrinkage, but it increases the adhesion to reinforcement bars; Improved pumpability of the mix.‎  Uses: Ready-mixed high resistance concrete later supplemented with FILLCRETE (silica fume); Concrete handwork with very low W/C ratios and resistant to aggressive agents, such as chlorides, sulphates, carbon dioxide;  Casts of structures with thin cross sections; Concrete reinforced with steel fibre FIBERMIX;  Shrinkage-compensating concrete along with the use of expansive agent EXPAN 25; Self-compacting concrete in combination with rheological additive VISCOCONTROL.‎
