Egoitaliano COCONUT Swivel woven wicker and fabric armchair

For the Salone del Mobile.‎Milano 24, Egoitaliano presents a new version of the Coconut model designed by architect Giulio Manzoni.‎ The furnishing system consisting of the swivel armchair and a rectangular pouf, characterized by the shell reminiscent of a coconut (from which it takes its name), is reintroduced with a new covering.‎ A handcrafted weave of glossy synthetic rattan that enhances its shape.‎ Craftsmanship and tradition thus merge with irreverent and lively design, environmentally conscious: the outer shell of the elements is made of recycled cellulose.‎ The frame encloses the soft and ample lines of the upholstery, made of expanded polyurethane and covered with a self-extinguishing fiber.‎
