ESINCALCE MIXCAM® T.U. 180 R.E.

MIXCAM® T.‎U.‎ 180 R.‎E is a semi-rapid drying screed with a damp earth consistency, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.‎ It is designed to allow direct bonding of flooring materials, including those sensitive to moisture (after measuring and verifying moisture levels in accordance with current regulations).‎ It is composed of calcareous aggregates with controlled grain size distribution, cement, advanced new-generation additives, and a granular mix of polymers with a content greater than 6% by weight, made from 100% recycled primary-secondary plastic materials.‎ The MIXCAM® T.‎U.‎ 180 R.‎E screed is CE marked in compliance with the harmonized standard UNI EN 13813 and is classified as CT C25 F5 (compressive strength at 28 days: 25 N/mm² – flexural strength at 28 days: 5 N/mm²).‎ It has a nominal in-place bulk density of less than 1,800 kg/m³.‎ The use of this product supports compliance with the main building environmental sustainability certification protocols (ITACA, BREEAM, LEED, etc.‎), and meets the technical requirements specified by the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) as per Ministerial Decree 11/10/2017 (sections 2.‎4.‎1.‎1 Disassemblability, 2.‎4.‎1.‎2 Recycled or recovered material, 2.‎5.‎1 Demolition and removal of materials, and 2.‎6.‎5 Sourcing distance of construction products), and Ministerial Decree 23/06/2022 (sections 2.‎4.‎14 Disassembly and end-of-life, 2.‎5 Recycled content, 2.‎6.‎2 Selective demolition, recovery and recycling, and 3.‎2.‎5 Transport distance of construction products).‎ It can be pumped using traditional screed pumps, mixed with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions, spread, compacted, leveled, and smoothed.‎
