Ethimo PATIO Oval teak garden side table

PATIO is an oval garden table in natural teak and nautical rope.‎ This is a new combination: the elegant sculptural base, crafted in teak and wrapped in nautical rope in either Laguna blue or light grey, now joins the warmth of natural teak for the tabletop.‎ The slats, positioned with geometric precision, create a top with a refined visual impact.‎ Patio, the line that tells the story of the harmonious meeting between nature and design, through a dialogue of weaving, precious materials, and enveloping forms, is enriched with new pieces to offer an even more personal and immersive outdoor living experience, thanks to the ability to create complete and comfortable environments.‎ Patio is a new line of outdoor furnishings that stand out for their creative use of weaving teamed with the natural beauty of teak.‎ Patio is a lounge collection with welcoming shapes and a cocoon function, conceived to hug the body in a comfortable embrace.‎ Its name and special arched weave recalls the traditional inner patios so typical of Spanish architecture, where porticoes and loggias housed the various rooms in the house, opening out onto the uncovered courtyard with pools and fountains decorating the garden.‎ “The Patio collection,” explains Studio Zanellato/Bortotto, “stems from our passion for the variety of weaves and patterns discovered on our travels.‎ We designed a series of motifs as 3D surfaces that could be become the decoration and structure of a series of outdoor seating elements.‎ The latter become true frames in wood and teak into which skilled craftsmen weave close patterns based on our suggestions, tests and inspirations, gathered with this new project in mind for Ethimo.‎”
