Ferrimix F425

Ferrimix F425 is the low-thickness, anti-shrinkage, radiant self-levelling screed ideal for heated floors and uneven substrates.‎ It is specific for making low-thickness screeds, both on underfloor heating systems (from just 10 mm above pipe/grout for low-thickness systems and 20 mm on traditional panels) and in adhesion to the substrate (from 10 mm to 35 mm).‎ A perfect complement to the new low-thickness radiant systems specifically for renovation, it does not require the insertion of any reinforcing mesh or the addition of fluidifying additives.‎ Ferrimix F425 "Autolivellina" is a low-thickness, fluid self-levelling radiant screed for interiors of the latest generation, composed of various types of calcium sulphates and alpha-sulphates, cement, fluidifying agents and selected special aggregates.‎ Classification according to DIN EN 18560: CA-C30-F7.‎ Fields of use - Self-levelling radiant screeds for low-thickness underfloor heating/cooling systems.‎ - Smoothing and levelling of uneven or irregular substrates (≥ 10 mm).‎ - Screeds in general for interiors, also for low thicknesses (≥ 10 mm).‎ - Screeds for laying any type of flooring, including resilient flooring (rubber, PVC, linoleum) and large-format ceramic tiles.‎ NOT SUITABLE FOR: Outdoor or indoor screeds exposed to water and/or constant humidity (both direct and rising damp).‎ PRODUCT PLUS - Low thickness, ideal for renovation: only 10 mm above pipe/plumbing for low thickness systems and 10 mm on traditional panels, 10 to 35 mm in adhesion to the substrate; - Declared thermal conductivity (tabulated value) λ 1.‎40 W/mK; - Low-thickness levelling compound: Ideal for levelling and smoothing non-coplanar and irregular substrates indoors, 10 to 35 mm thick, for the subsequent installation of any flooring; - Resistant: 30 N/mm² compressive strength; - Self-levelling: With a fluid, self-levelling consistency, it is ideal for saturating the entire radiant panel ensuring optimum heat distribution in the room; - Shrink-resistant: Seamless shrinkage up to 200 m²: more quality and safety for flooring, even in large formats; - Practical and safe: bagged packaging allows for a product with constant performance in all conditions.‎ Requires only the addition of water; - Pumpable: with equipment for fluid mixtures, even plastering machines (modified for self-levelling screeds); - Non-combustible: Euroclass A1
