Magik is a transparent solution of silanes, siloxanes, silicone resins and organic polymers conveyed in a low viscosity solvent which, penetrating deep into the tile joints or the porosity of the support, transforms into gel, consolidating and waterproofing the underlying layer.‎ Magik does not alter the color and does not form a surface film.‎ Once polymerized it cannot be washed off.‎
