BRX is the new cable tray series designed to offer installers and end customers a range of benefits, from safety to sustainability, from design to speed and ease of installation.‎ In every application context: industrial, tertiary, energy production plants (photovoltaic, wind power) and public applications (airports, tunnels, subways).‎ The products in the range are characterised by safety (rounded edges to the outside), speed of assembly (only 5 seconds for the automatic joint, thanks to the coupling from the outside and the visual signal for correct positioning), exclusive design that allows for excellent load retention, also guaranteed by the 'X' design (which makes it easy to cut if necessary).‎ The availability of the automatic joint in four different heights (35, 50, 80 and 95 mm) also makes the range complete for all requirements.‎ The BRX is also very easy and safe to transport: the joints, in fact, in the 'ready-to-install' version, are positioned internally at the ends of the product, on the same side, also facilitating the overlapping of a second gangway to minimise clutter.‎ What's more, thanks to the native fixing hook, the joint remains firmly attached during transport, while still offering the installer extreme ease of release.‎ Available in different heights and finishes, the new BRX series was designed and manufactured in the GEWISS Mavil factory, the Group's technological reference for the sustainable production and processing of ducting and other metal products.‎ In line with company requirements, the GEWISS Mavil production site (certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) also adopts an eco-friendly design approach, confirming the Group's commitment to environmental protection.‎ This also includes the new HP finish of the BRX range, designed and manufactured with an environmentally virtuous industrial process, which offers specific advantages High corrosion resistance: 850 hours in salt spray.‎ The compact layer of the HP surface coating consists of Zinc and Magnesium, which acts as a barrier to corrosion thanks to its property of self-generating a protective layer of magnesium hydroxychloride, which is highly effective particularly in the most aggressive environments.‎ This prevents the steel underneath from coming into contact with the surrounding environment, preventing rust from forming.‎ A self-healing coating.‎ When exposed to the environment, the HP coating (due to the simultaneous presence of Zn and Mg) forms a dense protective layer that is much more resistant than the traditional galvanising treatment, characterised by a surface that is more porous to aggression.‎ The HP protective layer perfectly covers the entire sheet, including the edges, and offers superior protection by preventing aggressive chemicals from penetrating and reaching the steel underneath, and also offers superior protection from scratches and cuts.‎ An environmentally friendly production process.‎ The HP coating is obtained in a lean industrial production process immediately after the production of the steel sheet and does not require post-profiling hot dip galvanising treatment.‎ The HP coating ensures the conservation of natural resources as it reduces zinc dispersion and provides superior protection against corrosion.‎
