GREENLIGHT is a recycled polymer-based synthetic aggregate, calibrated for the construction of footfall vibration-abatement and lightened subfloors with high thermal-acoustic abatement performance.‎ THE PRODUCT Greenlight is a ready-to-use, recycled polymer-based aggregate mixture that can be used for lightened subfloors with a significant advantage of reduced specific weight and high thermal-acoustic insulation properties.‎ UTILIZATION Suitable for lightweight insulating substrates in general, fillings and thermal-acoustic insulation.‎ Used simply by mixing water and cement in the recommended doses.‎ To fully exploit its acoustic insulation properties, it is necessary to spread a layer of at least 2 cm above the highest pipe to be covered.‎ ADVANTAGES Suitable for manual or pumped application even turbosol type.‎ Convenient transport thanks to big-bag or bulk solutions.‎ CAM-compliant.‎ Non percolating, thermal-acoustic insulation Material complies with UNI 10667-14 RPMIX CEM.‎ SPECIFICATION ITEM Subfloor for lightened screed with excellent thermal-acoustic insulation qualities, made of a Greenlight type mixture based on calibrated synthetic granulate, prepared by dosing cement and water in proportions of 200 kg/m3, laid, beaten, levelled and smoothed with a thickness of 5 cm.‎ STORAGE AND PACKAGING The material is available in bulk and in 2m3 big bags.‎ Avoid exposure to sunlight, do not expose the material to high temperatures.‎ Store the material in a dry and protected place.‎
