GRIGLIATI BALDASSAR - Электросварная решетка

Electrowelded grating is made up of bearing bars and round or twisted square bars welded together in a sole phase.‎ Meshes obtainable are really unlimited.‎ Experience enagles Baldassar suggesting solutions thet, through the years, resulted to be optimal for strenght, economical, functional and aesthetical points of view.‎Electrowelded grating has a reduced weight, that does not influence neither stability nor resistence.‎Both its rational structure and hot dip galvanized finish makes it particularly resistent, while adoiding any maintenence.‎Meshes – The assembly of the above mentioned elements shapes very regular grating meshes.‎The small pitch dimension assures the carrying out of a very compact grating (heel proof grating).‎Hot dip galvanization – Longevity and aesthetics are granted through an anti-corrosion treatment process consisting in a 500 °C zinc bath.‎ The ininterrupted cover coach, thus formed, prevents from age alterations, physico-mechanical characteristics of steel.‎Bearing bars – Have variable sections depending upon the foreseen use.‎ Combined with che choosed mesh, determines loading capacity of tha panels.‎Round and square bars – Bearing plates are electrowelded either with plain round or with twisted square bars.‎ they grant grating stability, besides increasing its loading capacity through che cooperation of the bearing bars.‎ Twisted square bars are mainly used on horizontal gratings as they assure safer antislip trampling.‎
