Conceived as a wall-mounted extension of the Boucan collection, the mirror translates onto its reflective surface the graphic universe imagined by Juraj Straka. Trained as a textile graphic designer, he brings his affinity for vegetal motifs and layered compositions into an everyday object. Foliage, colour and graphic rhythm frame the mirror, establishing a strong visual presence without fixing the space. Designed to integrate freely within the interior, the mirror can be installed on its own or combined with other elements from the collection. It offers a modular reading of the wall, where the motif circulates and evolves, allowing nature to enter the home with balance and freedom.
Designed by Juraj Straka, a graphic designer with a background in textile design, the Boucan collection explores an approach in which pattern becomes landscape. Drawing on lush vegetal references and a dense jungle-inspired imagery, it unfolds a rich scene populated by foliage, animals and intertwined graphic forms. Initially developed through light and textile — with a pendant lamp casting an openwork canopy onto the ceiling and velvet cushions in deep colours — Boucan has since expanded to include new pieces such as mirrors and wall hooks, allowing the collection to inhabit the space more fully. Across walls, ceilings and seating, the motifs circulate and interact, creating a vibrant environment that transforms the interior into a living, immersive and expressive setting.
