IP1-CM MOB A is a driver-operated car lift with a roof cover and a PATENTED automatic operation system.‎ The roof can be paved and blends in perfectly with the surrounding environment, making the system virtually invisible.‎ This surface is driveable and can also be used as an additional parking area.‎ What sets this car lift apart from other models in the range is its advanced electronic technology, which enables fully automated operation.‎ Equipped with two capacitive displays, the system requires authentication via a personal security code, ensuring access is restricted to authorised persons only.‎ Once the code has been entered, the user can start the platform with a simple touch, without needing to hold the button down for the duration of the manoeuvre.‎ Furthermore, when the user leaves the home, the system’s roof automatically returns to floor level.‎ To ensure maximum safety, the MOB A model is equipped with innovative control systems, including video surveillance and a virtual protection perimeter based on a laser scanner.‎ These devices ensure that the surrounding area remains free of obstacles and check safety conditions before any movement.‎ In the event of an intrusion, the system locks immediately to protect people, children and animals.‎ The IP1-CM MOB A has a 4-column structure with a maximum stroke of 5.‎90 m, a pit depth of 90 cm and a load capacity of 2700 kg.‎ The system is also available in an XL version with increased platform dimensions and load capacity, namely a platform width of up to 280 CM, a length of up to 650 CM and a load capacity of up to 3500 kg.‎ Features Driver on board; Canopy; High level of operational and functional safety; Vehicle anti-theft protection; Fully hot-dip galvanised with a non-slip chequered steel platform; Suitable for residential properties, terraced houses, villas, apartment blocks, refurbishments, businesses and car dealerships.‎ First parking lifts in Italy with patented automatic operation
