Isolmant second-generation embossed and silk-screen printed on the upper side, characterised by a better quality of the closed-cell, physically cross-linked polyethylene foam cell.‎ SECTOR OF USE Isolmant Special 5 Renovation is the base product indicated for footfall soundproofing of horizontal partitions.‎ It is suitable for installation between the substrate and screed in two-layer solutions, guaranteeing constant performance over time thanks to the intrinsic quality of the product and its physical characteristics.‎ It requires finishing screed thicknesses of at least 5 cm.‎ For lower thicknesses, we recommend reinforcing the screed with a suitable mesh or fibre.‎
