The manifolds in the EASY•LOCK range feature the option for practical and simple interconnection with one another.‎ Thanks to the offset design of the threads, EASY•LOCK manifolds remain aligned and the action of an O-ring ensures perfect sealing efficiency.‎ This means there is no need for additional sealing elements such as hemp or PTFE or the use of additional sealants.‎ The manifolds are nickel plated on the exterior only, and therefore remain yellow on the inside, ensuring conformity for conveying potable water.‎ Several versions are available: • with manually operated shutoff valves (with blue, red, green or reversible knob and indication of supply terminal); • with manually operated shutoff valves (with reversible knob and indicator of supply terminal) and fittings angled at 30 °; • simple (without shutoff valves).‎ Materials Brass parts: CW617N nickel-plated on exterior only Sealing elements: peroxide EPDM Technical specifications Max.‎ fluid temperature inside manifold: 120 °C (series CS 200N); 100 °C (series CI 400N/CI 350N) Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar Outlet centre-to-centre distance: 40 mm PLUS • Automatic alignment thanks to offset threads • Offset female thread to house and safeguard the O-ring during installation • Available with 2, 3 or 4 outlets and main fitting 3/4” or 1” • Versions with outlets 3/4” EK, 1/2” M, 1/2” F, 1/2” M and flat seal (TP) • O-ring for soft seal: no additional sealant required • Manifolds without shutoff option or with straight or 30 ° angled knobs Further info from manufacturer on EASY LOCK IVAR
