Kartell SAVOIA Open back die cast aluminium chair

SAVOIA is a die-cast aluminium chair designed by Barber & Osgerby for Kartell in 2026.‎ SAVOIA is a chair designed by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby that embodies lightness, precision and formal clarity.‎ Its die-cast aluminium frame stands out for its exceptionally slim profile, which extends seamlessly into the armrests, creating a continuous silhouette that combines visual elegance with structural strength.‎ The aluminium frame is available in glossy coloured finishes as well as a chrome version, expanding the expressive language of the design while emphasizing its industrial and contemporary character.‎ The seat and backrest further enhance its versatility: available in coloured recycled technopolymer, or in bent wood or leather, they allow a wide range of material combinations to suit different settings and design languages.‎ SAVOIA is conceived as a versatile system, defined by a restrained aesthetic and a refined balance between technology and comfort.‎ The chair is available with or without armrests, in indoor and outdoor versions, offering exceptional flexibility for both residential and contract environments.‎
