Lema MODULA Fabric bench

MODULA is a fabric bench designed by Carlo Colombo for Lema in 2026.‎ The name Modula recalls the idea of module as the project’s creative unit: a foundational element that, through proportion and rhythm, builds a harmonious balance of volumes in space.‎ From this principle emerges a family of storage units designed to span both living and night areas with a consistent stylistic language.‎ The Modula night collection – bedside tables, chest of drawers and bench – takes shape through compact and welcoming volumes, characterized by soft and rounded geometries.‎ The subtle top engages in dialogue with the structure, creating an elegant balance between matter and form, resulting in a defined and solid presence.‎ Attention to detail and harmony of proportions reinforce the idea of a design guided by measure.‎ Modula becomes a discreet and essential complement, conceived to accompany the night area with ease and stylistic coherence.‎
