Longhi SEAN Wooden sideboard with drawers

Sean reinterprets the monolithic volume through a simple and immediately legible gesture: the drawer wraps around the structure, creating a continuous line that lightens the mass and establishes a balanced dialogue between solids and voids.‎ The result is an element with a solid presence yet visually dynamic, capable of integrating naturally into contemporary settings.‎The slim, refined metal details interact with the wood finishes and the marble top, creating a rich and sophisticated material balance.‎ A distinctive feature of the design is the upper backlit compartment, which introduces a warm, enveloping light that enhances displayed objects and creates a refined atmosphere.‎ The backlighting is not merely functional, but becomes an integral part of the aesthetic language, emphasizing horizontal lines and enhancing the perception of depth.‎ Low cabinet with an open compartment and 4 large drawers, featuring a structure with rounded corners.‎ The distinctive shaped metal handle defines the upper part of the drawers along the entire front profile and is available in the finishes shown in the sample range: Satined Champagne, Bright/satined Burnished, Shaded copper, - Bright/satined Shaded Brown, Bright/satined Black Rose gold, Bright/satined light gold, Bright/satined chrome, Bright/satined black chrome, Matt satined bronze.‎ The structure (including the open compartment) can be finished in MATT/GLOSSY lacquer in the sample colors or in MATT wood veneer: Erable,  Thermo-treated Eucalyptus,  Ebony,  Medium Canaletto walnut, Dark Canaletto walnut,  sycamore frisè, Brown Palissandro, Liquorice stained Ash wood The sides and the drawer fronts can be in MATT/GLOSSY wood veneer, MATT/GLOSSY lacquer, or upholstered in leather from the sample range.‎ The top can be glossy or matte lacquered, in MATT/GLOSSY wood veneer, or in marble from the sample range: Travertino marble, Green Lepanto marble, Cipollino marble, Arabescato Orobico marble, White Carrara marble, Dover White marble, Red Levanto marble, Emperador Dark marble, Agatha Black marble, Frappuccino marble, Calacatta marble, Patagonia marble, Juliet Quartz marble, Taj Mahal marble Optionally, the backrest can be: upholstered in leather from the sample collection, lacquered glossy/matte, or in wood veneer glossy/matte.‎ Aura collection originates from a contemporary reinterpretation of 1970s aesthetics, with a clear reference to the elegant and sophisticated interiors portrayed in the cinema of that era, particularly the imagery of Diamonds Are Forever from the James Bond saga.‎ A world defined by understated luxury, nocturnal atmospheres, precious materials, and forms capable of conveying solidity, control, and timeless allure.‎ The formal language running throughout the collection is based on fluid, soft curves, always carefully balanced.‎ Proportions and details are developed with great rigor, in keeping with the Longhi DNA.‎ Each element is conceived as part of a coherent system, where design, material, and light exist in constant dialogue.‎ The result is a collection with a strong and distinctive identity, yet at the same time essential and elegant — conceived to engage with the past while shaping a contemporary aesthetic destined to endure over.‎ Further info from manufacturer on SEAN Longhi
