MARGRAF SANTAFIORA® OSTREA Sandstone slabs for design and architectural applications

Santafiora® Ostrea is a natural stone of great value, distinguished by its authentic charm and strong material identity.‎ Its warm tones, recalling shades of hazelnut and earth, are enriched by the presence of fascinating residues of millennia-old oyster fossils, visible on the surface and capable of telling an ancient story shaped by time.‎ During processing—particularly with a polished finish—the mother-of-pearl of the oysters reveals its full beauty, developing a delicate translucent, pearlescent effect.‎ This distinctive feature makes each slab unique and one of a kind, enhancing urban and architectural spaces with natural elegance and a strong visual impact.‎ Santafiora® Ostrea is an ideal choice for wall cladding, both for ventilated façades and bonded applications.‎ Its durability and resistance to atmospheric agents such as smog, acid rain, and salt air ensure long-lasting performance over time, without compromising its aesthetic appearance or functional characteristics.‎ Available finishes: polished, honed, brushed, bush-hammered, sandblasted.‎   Further info from manufacturer on SANTAFIORA® OSTREA MARGRAF
