Girouette is a suspended metal lamp featuring a highly distinctive satin-finish texture, deliberately irregular.‎ This effect is expertly achieved exclusively by Masiero through a unique cross-satin finishing process using belt sanders, followed by immersion of each sheet in a gold galvanic bath and then varnishing.‎ The lamp includes a gradient gold dichroic borosilicate glass sphere and integrated LED.‎ In multiple suspensions, the golden foils, folded like delicate origami and welded at two ends, bind the luminous bodies into metaphorical floating round pinwheels or elegant linear combinations of multiple elements, ensuring a result with high aesthetic potential.‎  The "Girouette" collection includes single or multiple pendant lamps, as well as wall sconces.‎ Further info from manufacturer on GIROUETTE S12 RD Masiero
