Microdevice - Датчик

Everything that can be controlled electrically and mechanically can be managed by Microdevice systems.‎ Microdevice's family of SENSORI AMBIENTALI guarantees quality and safety in the management of each area, while at the same time allowing energy savings.‎ Microdevice has developed over the years a wide range of sensors capable of responding to every supervision need.‎ These include air health control and the maximisation of natural energy resources such as wind, sunlight and rain.‎ Brightness control Microdevice's brightness sensors detect the level of natural and artificial light intensity.‎ By interacting with the controls of windows, sashes and blinds, the sensors ensure an optimal level of illumination.‎ They can be calibrated and programmed with an algorithm that can be customised to the customer's needs.‎ In offices, this translates into a safe and healthy working environment.‎ In accommodation facilities, the quality and safety of spaces is combined with the possibility of managing harmonious and relaxing environments.‎ The common areas of each building no longer have to be managed manually, but can be controlled in an automated, coordinated and simple manner.‎ Integrated management of wind and rain sensors To prevent damage to structures caused by adverse weather conditions, Microdevice integrates the control of devices equipped with wind and rain sensors.‎ By recording the data for each device, the system enables the creation of management statistics.‎ In this way, it is possible to ensure control of the structure while guaranteeing security and energy savings.‎ Wind sensors detect the intensity of the surrounding air currents.‎ They make it possible to automatically manage the opening and closing of windows, sashes and blinds, preventing damage to the structure.‎ It is possible to programme the opening and closing of windows, sashes and blinds by time slots.‎ In this way, the management of large or geographically distant buildings is fully automated.‎ Automatic management of windows, sashes and blinds The rain sensor automatically manages the opening and closing of windows, sashes and blinds according to weather conditions.‎ In this way, water infiltration into rooms and damage to structures can be prevented.‎ The same sensor is also of relevance for automatic irrigation.‎ It makes it possible to limit wastage by irrigating only when needed and suspending operation in the event of rain.‎ It is thus possible to manage water resources even remotely and in different structures, in a fully automated manner.‎ Sensors for the detection and control of CO2, mould and humidity Microdevice offers a complete solution for the control and management of air quality in every room.‎ Probes for precise detection of CO2, mould and humidity levels can be integrated into the temperature and lighting control panels, together with the pir sensor.‎ These Microdevice-manufactured probes make it possible to maintain healthy air with constant quality.‎ The pir sensor detects the presence of people in the room, thus activating the system only when actually needed.‎ This optimises consumption and reduces waste.‎ The probes are placed in complete aesthetic harmony within each room.‎ All are integrated in elegantly designed panels that put them in communication with the Supervision System.‎ The activation of the air handling unit (AHU) can take place automatically thanks to the data provided by the probes.‎ Even in the absence of the air handling unit, the System can send notifications to the paired smartphone reminding the user to open the windows, for a manual air exchange.‎ LEED IAQ Certification These latest-generation sensors were born from the need of one of our customers to achieve LEED IAQ certification for his hotel facility.‎ His goal was to maintain constant and optimal air quality.‎ The sensor system was then requested by a delicatessen, where correct air quality detection is essential for the production of top-quality products.‎ Automatic activation of the central air management unit Especially in rooms frequented by many people, air quality can quickly be compromised.‎ Even under these circumstances, CO2 detection probes play a key role.‎ The sensors emit an alarm signal when the concentration of this substance becomes excessive.‎ The central air handling unit (AHU) is then activated to trigger recirculation.‎ In addition to the above-mentioned cases, Microdevice probes can also play a key role inside private homes by immediately detecting any moisture build-up, thus preventing the formation of mould and the associated intervention costs.‎ Fully automated, the management of CO2, mould and moisture detection probes can be integrated into all Microdevice systems, even those that were put into operation over 30 years ago.‎ Hydrogen sensors Hydrogen detection sensors are essential in closed, unmanned or high-risk environments.‎ The detection of an excessive concentration of hydrogen triggers an alarm that activates the central air handling unit (AHU) for air exchange or room cooling, thus preventing the risk of fire.‎ In the event of danger, the system automatically sends an alarm notification.‎ In this way, there is no need to man the building to keep complete control over it.‎ In particular, hydrogen sensors are the ideal solution for data centres, gas cylinder depots, storage areas for hazardous chemicals, etc.‎
