Mila Maurizi LAVANDA BICOLORED Round Pyrex® cake pan

Lavanda is a round Pyrex cake pan with a handwoven natural wicker container with a “paniere” pattern.‎ For this two-tone weaving, we have developed and perfected a secret recipe using natural dye plants.‎ The blue dye is extracted from the woad plant and the pink dye is extracted from the madder plant.‎ Mise en place, literally “put into place”; it is a French expression that indicates the setting of the equipment.‎ What better term to define Mila Maurizi collection dedicated to the table.‎ All carefully selected objects that are hand woven by our master artisans.‎ The material chosen is rattan, a drawn from the rush, which we wanted to highlight, therefore we treated it with a water-based finish which leaves its natu-ralness unchanged.‎ Whether it’s a formal table or an open-air event, Mise en Place pieces will add sophistication and elegance.‎
