Betty is a tile inspired by the traditional "cementina".
The project does not owe its name to a famous figure, but rather to someone equally important: Aunt Betty who, after spending time in Brazil, made her home unlike any other. Raw Edges especially remember her for the bold kitchen tiles that formed a sinuous, highly graphic grid—an inspiration for the entire collection.
The individual modules have been reimagined with a contemporary twist through the addition of decorative elements that allow for a variety of configurations, offering endless creative possibilities.
The collection includes a plain tile and four tiles adorned with graphic elements (T Shape, Plus, Frame, and Set), which can be used to create patterns like grids, meshes, labyrinths, and even optical illusions—adding a new level of depth to the surface.
Available in three colors—Concrete, Blush, and Night Blue—the individual modules can be arranged in both random and carefully designed compositions, giving rise to ever-changing and intriguing configurations.t colours or grids.
