KIT PULL-OFF 500

The Pull-Off is a direct method of proof consists of a semi-destructive extraction, used to estimate the tensile strength of materials.‎ Recovery linked to the substrate, such as wall cladding (plaster or other).‎ The test is prepared by pasting directly on the surface of the material to investigate, in an area specially designed with appropriate resins, a circular metal plate Ø 50 mm.‎ Before the test is performed along the cutting edge of metal plate in order to release the evidence from the surrounding area.‎ The cut should have a depth at least equal to the thickness of the coating.‎ Maturation occurred at the resin by the application to the hard pressure of posting in the direction normal to the wall jack should be fitted with calibrated pressure gauge, which exercises opposing force on a support structure.‎ TECHNCIAL FEATURES Single-stage lever pump, max working pressure 700 bar, 1.‎4 cc per stroke, useful reservoir capacity 0.‎5 liters (*) High-precision digital manometer NVT02B, 0-700 bar, with min/max peak indication, selectable units of measurement (psi, MPa, kPa, bar, mbar), accuracy 0.‎20% F.‎S.‎ (*) Gauge holder with 1/2” G fitting (*) Hollow cylinder with single-acting spring return, 10-ton capacity, 50 mm stroke (**) Measurement range: 0-70 MPa Tripod reaction spacer with adjustable feet Pull rod for M10 anchors with M18 external thread Self-leveling head and lock nut (***) Plates Ø 50 mm (M10) High-strength flexible hose L=2 m with 3/8” NPT quick-connect screw couplings and protective caps (**) (*) Compatible with Pull-Out STD Kit, Flat Jack Kit, Plate Load Test Kit, and Tensile Load Test Kit (**) Compatible with Pull-Out STD Kit and Plate Load Test Kit (***) Compatible with Pull-Out STD Kit Further info from manufacturer on KIT PULL-OFF 500 NOVATEST
