The burners of the Black Edition version are made of brass like those of the Professional version, but are subjected to an anti-corrosive powder coating in highly specialised facilities. Passing through high-temperature ovens allows the double layer of black paint to melt and polymerise on the surface, creating an extremely durable and exclusive surface.
