Poltrona Frau COVE High-back leather armchair

Designed by Foster & Partners, the Cove airport seat is much more than just an armchair: it is a space within a space.‎ It regales its users an oasis of calm and tranquillity, away from the chaos of the surrounding environment.‎ The Cove airport seat satisfies the demand for privacy in crowded locations such as public lounges in stations and airports, reception areas and showrooms.‎ Its curved profile is designed to provide the ideal space for working or relaxing in total comfort, without the need for dividing walls.‎ Thanks to its fine materials and minimalist look, the Cove airport seat is a unique product that combines design elegance with practicality.‎  The distinctive design of the Cove seat stems from research carried out on the use of furniture by lounge guests.‎ Its circular shape was designed with care and precision to offer a spacious and comfortable seat, a USB port, an optional mains power supply and a table which can be used as a desk.‎ Both the inside and exterior surfaces of the Cove airport seat can be customised with Pelle Frau® leather, saddle leather or fabric to fit with the surrounding decor.‎ The result of the close ongoing collaboration with renowned London-based studio Foster+Partners, Bay System offers a flexible and durable seating solution that can be easily configured to suit the diverse needs of travelers at airports, train stations and other transportation facilities.‎ The two different set-ups - BAY Gate and BAY Lounge - are designed to offer different levels of ergonomic support and privacy during waiting times, always in the name of comfort, technological innovation and craftsmanship.‎ Further info from manufacturer on COVE Poltrona Frau
