XSOLAR SYSTEM is an innovative modular support system for photovoltaic panels, designed to ensure structural safety, long-term durability and protection of roof waterproofing systems.‎ The system consists of four modular components – BASE, FLANGE, EXTENSION and HEAD – which can be assembled in two configurations, allowing photovoltaic modules to be installed at a 10° angle.‎ Made of glass fibre reinforced polypropylene (PPGF30), XSOLAR SYSTEM is 100% recyclable and resistant to UV rays, temperature changes and atmospheric agents.‎ It is compatible with polymer bitumen waterproofing membranes and synthetic FPO/TPO membranes from the MAPEPLAN® range.‎ Thanks to its direct mechanical fixing to the supporting structure, the system can bypass insulation and non-structural layers, even when particularly thick, while ensuring a watertight seal.‎ It also protects the integrity of the waterproofing membrane by preventing forces generated by wind, snow and mechanical stress from being transferred directly onto it.‎ XSOLAR SYSTEM provides a versatile, safe and easy-to-install solution, suitable for existing roofs and compatible with different photovoltaic mounting frames.‎
