SISMAJACK is the dry-assembled steel jacking system for structural reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements. The system makes it possible to achieve seismic improvement of existing reinforced concrete buildings in line with NTC 2018, without welding on site and without specialised personnel.
Simple and quick assembly
SISMAJACK involves the application of steel angles on the corners of the element to be reinforced, made adherent by means of certified resin or structural mortar. Steel plates are then connected to the angle brackets by means of shaped inserts, clamping plates and bolts, without any welding work on site.
The angle brackets are equipped with fixed pitch holes to define the optimum number and position of the brackets. The adjustment slots on the callipers, on the other hand, allow the system to be adapted to the actual dimensions of the section, with a tolerance of up to 60 mm.
Structural benefits
The system induces a confinement action that transforms the behaviour of elements from brittle to ductile, increases load-bearing capacity and prevents shear failure.
The concrete benefits of SISMAJACK
Standard elements ready for mechanical assembly, without additional machining
Intervention without welding and specialised operators
No removal of the concrete cover
Adjustment up to 60 mm: adapts to actual sections without customised components
One system for different types of reinforced concrete elements (columns, thick beams, low beams, etc.)
Seismic improvement in line with NTC 2018
All this translates into simplicity and speed of installation, for a structurally effective and accessible intervention.
