Pulpo BENT TWO LED glass and steel floor lamp

bent two: Presenting the beauty of glass through simple abstract forms, the bent two floor lamp is a sculptural piece with a unique presence.‎ A simple black steel frame allows its centrepiece to shine brightest; two curved sections of fluted and coloured glass.‎ The simple pattern on the glass surfaces extends the light source to present a wave of form and light – illuminating even the darkest interiors.‎ bent presents all that is beautiful about glass, illuminated atop a simple frame.‎ The fluidity, transparency and pattern of glass locked into an intriguing abstract form.‎ Perhaps his most loved material; designer Sebastian Herkner has again stretched the capabilities of glass production into a series of sculptural lamps.‎ The bent series utilises simple fluted glass panels, pushing and pulling the still fluid forms into flared and curved shapes.‎ The unique pattern of the thin flutes throughout the panel creates a shield of light, the LED light source within spreading across their glass form.‎ Presented simply a top black steel frame, these mesmerizing glass panels take centre stage.‎ Available in two floor lamp options – with either a single or double-sided illuminated glass panel configuration, the bent series is also available with an option of frosted white or smoked glass.‎ A simplicity in components and materials allows the glass shade to take pride of place in your interior.‎ An abstract sculpture in which to illuminate those long evenings.‎ Further info from manufacturer on BENT TWO Pulpo
