Finding parking spaces without sacrificing space and/or green areas has increasingly become a technological challenge in recent years.‎ Every day, building professionals, construction companies, lift operators or ordinary citizens grappling with the problem of ever-shrinking spaces present us with challenges that we are able to meet thanks to our many years of experience in the field of lifting and handling.‎ Parking lifts are used to connect several parking levels in apartment blocks, single-family villas, hotels and car dealerships that would otherwise be inaccessible, and at the same time allow a gain in terms of parking spaces that can be obtained in the space saved compared to the classic ramp, a common situation in historic town centres during renovations of buildings not originally designed for car parking.‎ Montauto represents a solution not only to reach a basement and/or raised floor that would otherwise be inaccessible, but also allows the creation of a real car parking space concealed in the floor, providing it with a walkable roof and/or preparing it for paving with aggregates, resins, grass, marble, teak and stone (up to 90 Kg/sqm) while maintaining the architectural style of the building (for example in a courtyard or garden).‎ RDT car-mounted platforms can be of various types depending on the specific situation: pantograph systems (single, double and triple) or systems with guides and lateral pistons (direct-push and sized pistons).‎
