Rugiano FRAME BOX Freestanding open bookcase

An open architectural structure that defines space through rhythm and lightness: FRAME is conceived as a modular bookcase system where the vertical structure becomes the defining design element.‎ Uprights mark the space with a regular rhythm, creating an open grid that develops in height and width with refined elegance.‎ The thin, calibrated shelves appear as suspended planes, while closed volumes are seamlessly integrated into the composition, introducing both functional storage and a dynamic variation within the overall layout.‎ The material combination establishes a sophisticated dialogue between structure and surfaces, balancing rigor and natural appeal.‎ Finishes in deep, refined tones enhance the verticality of the system, while the closed boxes, enriched with decorative textures, add visual depth and allow for a balance between display and concealment.‎ The interplay of solids and voids, together with the transparency of the composition, allows light to pass through, enhancing the perception of space.‎ Designed for contemporary and scenographic interiors, FRAME is more than a bookcase: it is a complete architectural system that organizes, displays, and stores with understated elegance.‎ The integration of closed storage units expands its functionality while maintaining coherence with the entire collection, transforming storage into a distinctive design feature.‎ Further info from manufacturer on FRAME BOX Rugiano
