RVB LINE 4 hole bathtub set with hand shower

Rim-mounted bath and shower mixer with flexible, handshower and support LINE is a collection of taps designed by Terence Woodgate for RVB® .‎ LINE is a project that focuses on fundamental observations: studying the way we use taps, analysing their geometry and function.‎ The original idea behind the LINE collection is the lever, a small handle that is comfortable to hold and very easy to use.‎ This lever is a familiar reference to the mechanical water pumps found in traditional wells.‎ Thus, from the first design sketches to the final product, the user interface is a simple line through a cylinder.‎ A line that can be lifted and moved with ease, offering a design with a strict and evident geometry, but softened by rounded and comfortable edges.‎
