Sambonet GIO PONTI CESELLO Rectangular Photoengrave steel tray

Sambonet inspired by Gio Ponti.‎ The result is a very functional tray made of a single stainless steel sheet folded on itself, cut and shaped to contain and serve at once.‎ Special features of this tray are the geometric decorations, made with the technique of photoengraving.‎ The latter allows for great flexibility when for crafting complex decorations on steel.‎ A physic-chemical action makes it possible to design elaborate patterns on the reflecting surfaces without altering the molecular properties of the stainless steel.‎ Thanks to the exceptional definition of the engraving process, this technique can add great stylistic value to the items.‎ Available in two sizes.‎ From Sambonet comes Gio Ponti Cesello, the cutlery collection in which decoration projects the visual surface into a tactile experience.‎ Thanks to photoengraving tecnique, elaborate geometric motifs enrich Gio Ponti's iconic masterpiece, offering a three-dimensionality to the pattern and a new aesthetic value.‎  Further info from manufacturer on GIO PONTI CESELLO Sambonet
