SANIFOS 500 is an automatic Grey water units for wastewater.‎ It consists of a 500-litre tank, three floats and two pumps for intensive operation and increased safety.‎ The two pumps operate alternately and only start together in the event of an excessively high effluent level in the tank, which is detected by the alarm float switch.‎ The other two floats are used to start and stop the pump and maximise the useful volume for reduced wear.‎ As of 2018, SANIFOS 500 is available in the following 3 versions: - Single-phase with Prox K2 chopping system - Single-phase with Vortex system - Three-phase with Vortex system The SANIFOS® 500 pumps integrate the SFA chopping system with ProX K2 blade hub, which allows discharge into small diameter pipes avoiding clogging of the pump and that of the channels for even more reliable operation.‎ Its high-density polyethylene tank offers strong mechanical resistance and resists chemical aggression.‎ SANIFOS 500 has a pre-mounted hydraulic part and non-return valve.‎ It has 6 multi-diameter inlets and two ventilation holes for even easier installation.‎ Its 30 cm elevation, available as an accessory, allows maximum installation flexibility.‎ Thanks to its IP 68 protection rating and its cable for pump extraction, its maintenance is particularly easy SANIFOS 500 is equipped with a SMART control system with remote alarm.‎ This intelligent control system offers a graphic display and logbook (number of pump operating hours) and also indicates when the next maintenance is required, for maximum safety.‎ Sanifos® is also equipped with a wireless visual and audible remote alarm.‎ - Designed for the drainage of a single multi-storey dwelling, incorporating WC, bathroom, kitchen, utility room - Contains two separately load-balanced pumps with high-performance maceration systems that will run alternately for a failsafe system - In the event of an overload or inflow, both motors run simultaneously, or in the unlikely event that one motor fails, the second one takes over - Pumps up to 11 m vertically or 110 m horizontally SANIFOS - Grey water unit.‎
