MACRODRY INIEZIONE LIGHT-R, is a compound for injections with a low specific weight, pre-packaged in powder form, consisting of hydraulic binder given by cold mixing powdered aerial lime with a high calcium hydrate content [Ca(OH)2 ] and selected natural pozzolans, mixed with micronised carbonate and siliceous aggregates with a high specific surface area.‎ MACRODRY INIEZIONE LIGHT-R is additivated with dimensionally controlled expanders and suitably fluidified, in order to be easily and effectively injected, without producing negative chemical interferences with the original building material, or with any other materials subsequently introduced during restoration works.‎ It does not contain sulphates, nor free lime, nor any form of clinker, and does not alter the building's vapour permeability.‎ Although the aggregates have a low specific weight, as they are mostly siliceous in nature, they maintain good compressive strength.‎ Mortars for structural repair - The systems have fluid, expansive and thixotropic micro mortars with superior mechanical strength.‎ The fundamental qualities that this type of mortar features are high mechanical performance combined with superior ductility.‎ The high proportion of synthetic microfibres in the compound, combined with polymers and micro-silica, enables their use in the reconstruction and re-profiling of structural elements when preparing substrates and protecting applied systems.‎ The products from the specifically designed lines BETONTIX, BETONCOL and OSMODRY belong to this category.‎
